This 3 day immersion is designed to elevate and ground your soul, designed with care and dedication, it will light a fire in your belly, strengthen your heart, offer space to find clarity and be held with love and compassion for your wellness journey.
Expect multiple yoga sessions, holistic fitness, workshops, music, EFT/Tapping, free time, adventure activities, swimming and spa facilities and beautiful gluten free/vegan food. Held amongst woodlands and nature, with a variety of beautiful accommodation, a zen yoga space, swimming, spa, hot tub and sauna facilities, and food to nourish your soul.
