Meet Lana

Lana is a dynamic fitness and wellness expert with a background in Sport and Exercise Science. She's competed at high levels, including representing New Zealand in a half ironman. After experiencing the toll of balancing elite sport, work, and life, Lana embraced a more holistic approach, blending yoga, bodywork, and fitness to achieve balance and vitality.

Her passion lies in creating personalized, well-rounded programs that empower clients to reach their goals while finding joy in the journey. Now based in the UK, she leads invigorating sessions across yoga, fitness, and wellness, combining science-backed techniques with a deep understanding of individual needs.

Whether you're looking to boost your performance, improve wellbeing, or join her outdoor Battle Bootcamps, Lana brings expertise, energy, and a personal touch to every session.

From Sport & Exercise Science, to yogi, boot camper and current Master comes from a Sport and Exercise Science background. She completed her degree and further qualifications in New Zealand. Beyond her passion for coaching and helping others with their sporting endeavours she has been competitive in a number of sports herself, from athletics, to netball, cycling, long distance triathlon and many more. With her biggest highlight putting on the New Zealand fern in a half ironman.

However the juggling act of high end sport, full time work, family and life left her with little energy, many serious injuries and a very depleted system. This started her journey with more holistic approaches, including her passion for yoga and bodywork/massage. 

Her belief is that with a full rounded approach, that encompasses a full spectrum of joys in life, for each unique individual, can bring about not just a fitness or health goal, but a journey that is embellished in joy and fulfilment. 

​

Moving back to the UK and commencing her Yoga and wellness focussed business with Bex Bridgford, has relight her passion for her own sport, but equally helping other do the same. Lana works with all demographics and pulls on a mixture of science, experience and holistic aspects to offer full rounded sessions, classes and programs. 

​

Most excitingly is the most recent addition of Battle Bootcamps Bath, which Lana will be taking over the helm of mid August 2024, not only to enjoy he wicked fitness sessions outdoors, but to also grow and nourish the ever important community of health, fitness and friendship. 

​

When Lana is not offering sessions, coaching, working with clients or thinking about all these things, you will find her with her adventuring outdoors, off in her van, cuddling and running with her dog or with her head in the books, learning and geeking up on all things training, body, health and wellness. 

​
